Looks like FLP Mike Johnson, and I think his wife and daughter, were also in the video. Nice to see things like this.

yup, FLP Canadian player Mike Johnson is also part of the Bears in Taiwan. He leads the league in wins and has gone an incredible 8 straight wins since the season started out of 11 starts.
I said incredible because Mike Johnson never seems to run out of luck. At the season opener he gave up 2 grand slams and managed to get out of the loss. He has an ERA of 3.649 and WHIP of 1.49 but when runners are on, he usually wiggles out of trouble. Pretty amazing.
Burnie on the other hand has shaved his head and grow a beard since he was sidelined to the minors of Taiwan. As I mentioned before, not because he was playing poorly, but the Bears needs to figure out which of the 3 foreign pitchers to let go.
I wish I have a picture of Burnie’s new look, I’ll get it soon.

So here is Burnie…
Compare to when I saw him on TV just after he shaved his head, his hair grew back pretty fast, also he changed his beard again. But yup, this is what Burnie looks like now.
