Likening the mayor and his minions to The Joker from the Batman franchise is probably not in keeping with the civil and measured tone Mr. Carl Kiiffner strives for here. Miles Wolff of the Can-Am League, along with Carl and several other private citizens, fought hard for what is right and one assumes they can use some support.
